Prior to starting Tucson Industrial Realty, LLC, Dave spent seven years in various marketing positions for state and local economic development entities. In that capacity, Dave was an associate member of the Industrial Development Research Council for several years. Dave has been involved in industrial real estate and development in excess of $90 million. Dave has served a wide variety of clients ranging from metals recycling to optical services to manufacturing. Some of Dave's clients include Raytheon, Gale/Masco Industries, Do-All Corporation, Durodyne Inc, Brinks Security, MTI, Tucson Airport Authority, and many others. Tucson Industrial Realty, LLC has a solid track record in meeting the needs of its varied clients. It has become one of the most respected and productive commercial real estate firms in the Tucson area. Dave achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1996. This intensive educational designation is achieved by less than five percent of all commercial Realtors. Dave has lived in Tucson for 42 years. He attended high school and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA degree in Geography and Regional Development. Dave is committed to the community he lives and works in and serves on numerous boards and participates in many different organizations. Dave has served on many boards of directors of community organizations in Tucson. He is currently serving on the Rotary Club of Tucson’s Board of Directors and is the current Seargent of Arms for the Tucson’s largest Rotary Club. He also served for seven years on the Amphitheatre Schools Foundation and two as President of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Dave was recently honored with the Heart of Amphi Award at the Foundation’s Annual Gala held March 27, 2010 at the Sheraton El Conquistador for his years of service on the Foundation’s Board and for successfully relocating the Amphi Schools Foundation Clothing Bank. Amphi Schools Superintendent Dr. Vicki Balentine presented the award at the Gala and thanked him for his dedication and hard work in relocating the Amphi Clothing Bank at no cost to the District. He is a member of the Centurions (click here to read Tucson Lifestyle's 10-09 article about the Centurions), a group of individuals dedicated to raising funds for the St. Mary's Hospital. Dave currently serves on the Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and has served as President of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors. Dave recently successfully Co-Chaired the annual EVENT on behalf of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson along with his Co-Chair Cyndy Neighbors of Many Hats Advertising. The EVENT was held April 18 at La Encantada and is the Best Informal Party in Tucson for several years running. All proceeds raised at the EVENT go directly to the funding of the six clubhouse locations around Tucson. “The EVENT was a huge success thanks to the tremendous generosity of Tucson’s restaurants and Tucson’s liquor distributors who supplied the EVENT with over 40 different wines. We are grateful for the support they gave us and we had lots of fun” according to Dave.
