David A. Gallaher,
CCIM,
President/Broker, has spent over 25 years in property sales, leasing, and
property
management. While he still performs property
management, Dave's primary focus is purchasing, selling and leasing of
industrial properties.
Prior to starting Tucson Industrial Realty, LLC, Dave spent seven years in various marketing positions for state and local economic development entities. In that capacity, Dave was an associate member of the Industrial Development Research Council for several years.
Dave has been involved in industrial real estate and development in excess of $90 million. Dave has served a wide variety of clients ranging from metals recycling to optical services to manufacturing. Some of Dave's clients include Raytheon, Gale/Masco Industries, Do-All Corporation, Durodyne Inc, Brinks Security, MTI, Tucson Airport Authority, and many others.
Tucson Industrial Realty, LLC has a solid track record in meeting the needs of its varied clients. It has become one of the most respected and productive commercial real estate firms in the Tucson area. Dave achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1996. This intensive educational designation is achieved by less than five percent of all commercial Realtors.
Dave has lived in Tucson for 39 years. He attended high school and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA degree in Geography and Regional Development. Dave is committed to the community he lives and works in and serves on numerous boards and participates in many different organizations. Dave has served on many boards of directors of community organizations. He recently served on the Board of the Tucson Rotary Club, Tucson's oldest and largest club. Dave just completed seven years on the Amphi Community School Foundation including two years as President of the Foundation. He is a member of the Centurions, a group of individuals dedicated to raising funds for the St. Mary's Hospital. Dave currently serves on the Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and has served as President of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors.

GALLAHER ELECTED TO CCIM BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dave was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter. Southern Arizona’s CCIM chapter has grown to over 100 members over the past few years. Dave achieved his CCIM designation in 1996. Dave brings over 23 years of commercial real estate skills to help guide the Southern Arizona Chapter of commercial real estate professionals. Graduates of this challenging education program bring an exceptional level of real world experience, market knowledge and negotiation skills to each real estate assignment. The network of CCIM is international in scope. This network of proven professionals makes CCIMs model business partners for commercial real estate users, owners, and investors.
